- The science city of Darmstadt intends to build a new construction of a 3-respectable inclusive elementary school with a total of 12 classrooms for approx. 300 primary school children in the newly emerging district of Ludwigshoehviertel. The clear orientation in the school functional program towards all day and inclusion should be reflect in the pedagogical as well as in the structural area. The areas in the general area include foyer, multi -purpose room, cafeteria with output kitchen and media library. These rooms can be designed in such a way that it can also be used as an auditorium. The school's multi-purpose room is also a place of play and movement to understand because the school on the basic piece does not receive a sports hall. Learning houses / clusters must be provided for the learning and teaching area. The aim is to develop the flexible room organization as possible in order to realize different educational concepts. One is planned Spending kitchen for approx. 300 catering participants in three-shift operation, as well as an all-day and project kitchen for pupils or for afternoon care.
