Project description (short version):
The Landgraf-Leuchtenberg Realschule is planned as a new building as a three-way real
school with a total of 18m classes and approx. 500 pupils (45- 50 Lehrer) with a GFGF of approx. 6,650 m2.
The construction site is located on the Seewiesen street, south of theStadtplatzes Osterhofen. It comprises an area of approx. 8,428 m2.
The existing buildings of the junior high school are canceled in two steps. The main part in the east will remain obtained during the construction period of the new junior high school and continue to be used for lessons.
