Certification for the Scrum Master & Product Owner according to PSM I and PSPO I (Scrum.org)
The following learning content should be conveyed to the participants (TN):
Scrum Master:
• Creation and basics of Scrum
• Role of the Scrum Masters and the Scrum process
• Agile Manifesto
• Scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, sprint
Review and retrospectives
• Scrum artifacts, e.g. product or sprint backlogs
• Backlog Refinement, incremental and iterative
design
• Responsibilities and tasks of a Scrum product
Owners and the development team
• Team motivation and behavior, self -organization
• Intensive preparation for the certification examination of
Scrum.org
Scrum Product Owner:
• Scrum basics from the perspective of the product owner
• The role of the product owner
• Control of requirements / product owner in action
• Backlog management
• Creation of a vision / from the vision to the backlog
• Management of projects and releases
• Stakeholder management
• Value -controlled development
• Practical aids for a product owner
• Practical exercises in the area of customers & backlog
management
• Individual advice on the topic of scrum
• Intensive preparation for the certification examination from
Scrum.org
Framework contract for 3 years with the extension option by up to 2 years according to Section 15 (4) UVGO.
Up to 2 calls are planned each year.
The measure has a period of three days with approx. 24 teaching units (UE).
A UE corresponds to 45 minutes (excluding breaks).
The client In coordination with the contractual party, the party also has the opportunity to call up up to 2 further measures.
