Description:
The aim is that the participants (TN) are prepared for future applications and interviews and that the most important strategies for a successful application are conveyed.
In particular, the following E should be conveyed in the IM:
- Create an individual Applicant profile with a collection of personal and job -relevant data
-Possibilities of looking for work (e.g. online offers, online and job portal of the Federal Employment Agency, Daily press and a job search about social media)
- Strategies for a successful application (e.g. the Recognize and use "hidden job market"; Do not only use social media as a passive medium and start initiative applications)
- Optimal self -expression
o Code of conduct and appearance during interviews
o Body language and communication rules
o The optimal application photo
- Creation of your own application including application photo
o Creation of a complete application folder
o Online application
o Short application
- Training of interviews and telephone applications
o prepare and process of interviews
o Typical questions at interviews
O Simulation of interviews (video documentation) and evaluation
Framework contract with term of 23.02.2026 - 22.02.2029 with the extension option by 1 year according to § 15 Paragraph 4 UVGO, or §21 Paragraph 6 VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV.
A call is planned per year.
The client party (AG) has In addition, in coordination with the contractual party (AN) the possibility of calling up to 1 further measure.
