Description:
As a goal, the IM has to prepare the participants (TN) as the future start -up for the founding of their own company and illustrates the TN realistic challenges on the way to self -employment.
As part of a cloud -based business game Phases of a company foundation, from the company idea to market entry. With various tools and under the guidance of an experienced management consultant, the TN are supported and looked after in the founding process and finally have to be founded with their company after the foundation exist on the market.
Following the theory and practical phase, a final presentation of the results and findings as well as a final meeting under the TN follows.
The following topics are part of the:
 Procurement of information, methods for developing business ideas and business models (e.g. with the business model canvas)
 Market analysis
 Construction and creation of a business plan
 investigation and capital gathering (loan, participation capital)
 Personnel planning and capacity utilization
 Fundamentals of the investment calculation as well as internal and external Invoice
 corporate management after entering the market
Framework contract with term until December 31, 2029, with an extension option by up to 1 year.
It is planned 1 call per year.
