Description:
The subject of the performance is the implementation of the training/advanced training and seminar measure "employee management and motivation" taking into account the relevant regulations and training guidelines for this educational measure. The educational measure conveys knowledge that the establishment of a positive Service willing to perform. The AN is obliged to carry out the training in a form offered by its purpose as planned and in a time and objectively structured manner in such a way that the training goal can be achieved in the intended time. Temporary soldiers (SAZ) And voluntarily military service (FWDL), who want to reorient themselves on the job market in the field of employee management, should be given the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. Framework contract for 4 years with the extension option by up to 2 years according to Section 15 (4) UVGO, or Section 21 (6) VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV. Up to 3 calls are planned each year. The measure has a duration of 3 days with 30 teaching units (UE). In coordination with the contractual party, the client party also has the opportunity up to to access 3 further measures.
