Description:
The participants learn knowledge and methods on the topic of "start-ups", "corporate succession" and "successfully lead".
The seminar serves to prepare for the activity in independence and as an entrepreneur in business as well as the further development of your own Competencies.
A mix of theory and practice round off the seminar.
e of the measure include:
- Foundation preparation
- profitability calculations
- Marketing and sales
- leadership develop
- Strategic leadership
- Efficient and healthy teams
-Building an entrepreneur network and contact exchange (banks, IHK, HWK, corporate networks and associations)
- 60-minute individual advice with the lecturer
Other e are required by the educational institution for the learning objective supplemented.
Framework contract for 3 years with the extension option by 1 year according to Section 15 (4) UVGO, or Section 21 (6) VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV.
The framework contract ends on December 31, 2028.
Up to 2 calls are planned each year.
The measure has a duration of 1 week with 40 teaching units (UE).
The In coordination with the contractual party, the client party also has the opportunity to call up up to 4 further measures on the maximum contract term.
