- General foundations on the topics of lean management and Six Sigma
- Procedure and instruments of the DMAIC phases
- (project selection), definition and kick-off
- Project management and dealing with conflicts
- Developing key figure systems for process evaluation/ -steering
- Collection, presentation, statistical analysis and interpretation of data
- Determine process performance and process capability
- Representation and analysis of processes and value chains
- Develop, select and implement intelligent solutions
- Requirements and methods for Secure the sustainability of the improvements achieved
- net benefit calculation
- Practical exercises and simulations for the use of important Lean Six Sigma Tools
- Working with the Minitab(r) statistics software
- It is a training without a project
Number and duration of the measure (s):
Framework contract over 2 years with the extension option by 1 year.
Up to 4 calls are planned each year.
The measure has a period of ten days with 80 teaching units (UE).
The framework contract has a term by December 31, 2027.
Start of the measure:
The first measure is expected to take place from April 13th, 2026 until 24.04.2026, the second from July 6, 2026 to July 17, 2026, the third from September 21, 2026 to 02.10.2026. The exact start of measures will be communicated in good time by the responsible BFD. In 2027, four further dates are planned for which in summer/autumn 2026 become.
