The participants should recognize the personal suitability for activities in business and administration, obtain security in personal professional orientation and recognize personal (further) educational needs.
Furthermore, you acquire comprehensive knowledge in successful application strategies as well as instructions for preparing the special requirements of aptitude tests and interviews.

- Participant potential analysis to determine individual strengths and weaknesses (intelligence and talent tests)
- Single evaluation of the Test results
- Labor market situation in the FRG and the EU, development tendencies, job and job exchanges
- job advertisement, attitude practice
- Personal presentation
- Personal inventory (further training, motivation for qualification)
- Application procedure
- conversation training (video supported)
Other E required for the learning objective are supplemented by the educational institution.
Framework contract with term of 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 with the extension option by 1 year according to § 15 Paragraph 4 UVGO, or §21 Paragraph 6 VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV.
Up to 2 calls per year are planned.
The In coordination with the contractual party, the client party also has the opportunity to call up up to 4 further measures on the maximum contract term.
