Description:
The Future - Environment - Society (Zug) gGmbH (hereinafter: Zug or client/ AG) intends to commission a certified zoom licensor/ trading partner for the centralized provision and management of all required zoom licenses. The aim of this tender is toTo ensure seamless transition between the expiry contract and the new contract for the contract, as well as to determine a trading partner who supports us in the cost-effective and reliable list of our zoom license portfolio. Our idea of a suitable for the trainLicense portfolios can be found in Table 2.
A minimum contract term of one (1) year with the possibility of extending the contract by 3 x 12 months (EVB-IT Cloud contract), maximum contract term 4 years.
The maximum value of this framework agreement is 1,600,000EUR.
