- The subject of this award procedure is all planning and monitoring services for technical building equipment for heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning (system groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8) in accordance with HOAI 2021, or, if necessary, the extended fee table (RiFT), Section 56 Paragraph 1 (LPH 1-3 and 5-9),in conjunction with Appendix 15.1 HOAI, which are required in connection with the planning and procurement of the technical systems.

The Kreiskliniken Reutlingen GmbH plans to subject operationally relevant functional areas to an optimization and upgrading measure on the grounds of the district clinic in Reutlingen. The aim is to improve these areas structurally, technically, hygienically and in hindsightlooking to optimize processes for a 10 to 15 year outlook in line with the medical strategy ("new clinic campus on greenfield site").
