The Ortenau Klinikum Gkaoer plans to build/ convert parts of the nursing and care home at Fussbach at the following buildings on the campus.
Affected buildings:
• House Holdereck = extension to the existing (new building)
• House Holdereck = Remodeling in the inventory
• House kinzigblick = extension to existing (new building)
•A house Kinzigblick = conversion in the existing

The subject of the present procedure is the allocation of general planning services for the construction/conversion of the houses Holdereck and Kinzigblick for the following Planning services according to HOAI:
