Description of the planning task and the construction work: The local community of Woellstein is planning the "Spielwiese" daycare center in Kirchstrasse 7 to expand and rebuild in Woellstein to meet the required rooms according to the daycare law and to expand the capacities. Scheduled is a space requirement for 80 - 90 children. 1. Extension / extension buildings: An extension / extension building consisting of two parts of the building with a BGF of a total of around 285 m2 is to be created.
