Description of the planning task And the construction work: The District Administration Donnersbergkreis plans to renovate the existing heating system in the Gutenberg Realschule Plus in Goellheim. The school is currently being heated with two Buderus gas boilers. 1 x 415 kW built in 1990, 1 x 530 kW built in 1990. The control only works rudimentarily. The pumps of the heating circuit distributor are outdated and a mixer is defective. The old gas boilers are to be replaced by condensing boilers and heat pumps. The legal requirements of the building energy law must be observed here. If the legal situation enables it, a heat pump is and only plan the preparation to install a WP. The control and the heating circuit distributor must also be renewed.
