Description:
The property is a Wilhelminian style villa, built in 1900/1901, with enclosure and private green space. It is located on the corner of Fuerstenbergstrasse / Prinz-Eugen-Strasse in the Wiehre on a plot of 976 m2 (parcel no. 0-4776). The building is in the list of cultural monuments according to §2led. The building has two full floors, a mansard roof with a knee rock and is completely lower cellar. Since the construction of the building, no fundamental changes have been made in the supporting structure. The building therefore has an almost complete tradition of traditionthe floor plans and the traditional wallpapers, such as doors, diets, floors and stucco elements. The house technology is largely out of date and is completely renewed in the course of the renovation. Currently, the ground floor apartment is and remains rented over the construction phase.
