Description:
The city of Eschweiler has around 58,500 inhabitants and is located in the Aachen city region. To the west of the city center of Eschweiler is the urban development project "Social City of Eschweiler-West" (urban development program of social cohesion), which is an area of approx. 98 ha with a population shareof approx. 4,720 people.
The city of Eschweiler has determined considerable urban planning, traffic and socially spatial deficits in this area by extensive examinations that have been carried out in this area, which resulted in an urgent need for action.
To take over theThe city of Eschweiler is looking for suitable contractors for this goal. The services are divided into 2 lots:
Los 1: District development (measures No. 2.5.01 renovation officer and 2.5.02 District manager/district office of the ISTEK)
The two measures described in the actualThe renovation officer (m 2.5.01) and the neighborhood management (M 2.5.02) have been summarized for this tender in one lot, since the originally intended (hourly) scope has been significantly reduced for the reasons explained above and some of the targeted tasksBoth measures in this advanced phase of the funding program are no longer necessary to the extent that is originally calculated.
