Description:
The framework for the construction measures described here "UMO HVB" and "UMO GFMR" is the "New construction of accommodation building in modular construction (UMO)". The aim of this project is to develop a strategy for the time -optimized planning and implementation of accommodation buildings inSeveral properties of the Bundeswehr in NRW.The first measures to test the agreed methodology is the new construction of 197 individual accommodation in the Herzog-von Braunschweig barracks in Minden (UMO HVB) and 206 Individual accommodations in the General Field Marshal Rommel barracks in Augustdorf (UMO GFMR).On a conceptual LPH 2 and the construction work, a total entrepreneur (TU) is assigned on the basis of a functional service description. The order includes 3 construction phases (building 200 HVB; Building 500 & 502 GfMR; Building 201 & 202 HVB) as well as the possibility of repetitionsimilar services that include the new construction of 122 individual accommodations, divided into 2 buildings in the Theodor-Blank barracks in Rheine.
