Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Munich State Building Authority 2, intends to build a new laboratory building at Goethestrasse 69, 80336 Munich.
The building site is located in internal clinic premises and covers approx. 1,000 m2. There is a single-story building on the site, which will be demolished as part of the construction project.
Problem of cramped building space:
Emergency rights of way and fire brigade access must be ensured at all times during construction.
It is one Federal funding measure according to Section 91b GG, the building must be handed over to the user ready for operation within the funding period by the end of 2030.
The aim is for BNB certification in silver.
Area characteristics, according to DIN 277:
Usable area NUF 1-6approx. 2559 m2
Usable area NUF 1-7 approx. 2974 m2
Traffic area (VF) approx. 1515 m2
Technical area (TF) approx. 854 m2
Built-up area (BF) approx. 1250 m2
The building includes the following areas of use:
Basement: Laboratories S1/S2 with large equipment as well as technical centers and additional rooms
Ground floor: seminar area in the single-story extension / Offices for heads of research groups and adjoining rooms.
