- The old customs building, which is under monument protection, is currently empty and is to be brought to a new use. This requires the construction of a new development structure for barrier -free use of the building and the basic renovation of the existing building. The advertised planning service includes the renovation and new construction of the development structure.
In the first phase, the performance phases 1-3 according to HOAI are commissioned. After approval of further planning steps by the district council, the Performance phases 4-6 followed by the offer from the tender procedure.
