The service to be awarded comprises the transport of 12 students in the school year 2025/26 from the respective place of residence to the elementary school Appen (Schulstrasse 4, 25482 Appen) on the regular teaching days in school year 2025/26 (1st of school 08.09.25 to the last day of school 03.07.2026 - No promotion during the holidays or on movable holidays).
A change in school visit times in the current school year is possible.
The tours are to be planned in such a way that the respective travel time of the individual child does not exceed 60 minutes per tour. Dies means that no child should sit in the vehicle for more than 60 minutes. When measuring the overall driving period, the entry times and the traffic situation that are customary at the transport period must also be taken into account.
