• 10014668-Asesoría técnica para el acompañamiento del proceso de acceso y post acceso del Perú a OCDE
  The services described in the documents of this tender procedure consist of providing specialized technical assistance to support the Peruvian State in the OECD accession and post-accession processes, with a focus on strengthening the institutional capacities of the center of government and implementing reforms aligned with international standards. The services are primarily aimed at strengthening institutional conditions for evidence-based policymaking through the development of instruments, methodologies and coordination mechanisms that enable the effective implementation of OECD recommendations. In addition, the services should promote multi-level and multi-stakeholder governance approaches, ensuring the participation of different sectors and levels of government in the design and implementation of reforms. Interventions are expected to generate scalable and replicable results, strengthening the State"s capacity to sustain and institutionalize the progress achieved. The services shall also incorporate a cross-cutting gender approach and promote equal opportunities, as well as institutional sustainability criteria, ensuring that the tools, methodologies and instruments developed can be continuously adopted and used by the relevant public entities.
