Description:
According to Section 2 of the BrSchG, the municipalities have, as a self-administrative task, to maintain efficient public fire brigades appropriate to the local conditions and to set up telecommunications and alarm systems as well as to ensure fire protection and technical assistance to ensure an adequate fire-fighting water supply. As part of this security, the volunteer fire department of the city of Pinneberg intends to purchase the production and delivery of a fire-fighting group vehicle (HLF 10). The vehicle to be procured is an HLF 10, which is equipped for both firefighting and technical assistance. It is a further development of the LF 10 and has additional equipment for technical assistance, such as hydraulic rescue equipment. The crew of an HLF 10 usually consists of nine firefighters. The service is divided into 3 parts.
Lot 1-Manufacture and delivery of a basic vehicle
What is offered is a commercially available or standard front-drive chassis (left-hand drive) from the latest model series, suitable for the expansion of an emergency fire-fighting group vehicle according to DIN 14530-26 Part 3. Motor vehicle weight class M according to DIN 1846 with 6 tires. Permitted total weight 16,000 kg. must not be exceeded. Motor vehicle category 2: off-road capability according to DIN EN 1846-2.
