- The order includes the following technical consulting services: Creation of digital room book; Creation Functional service description (FLB); Accompanying general company (GU) - award procedure; Quality assurance during construction; Commissioning management and technical monitoring.The assignment is carried out for the accompaniment of the project from LP2 until/after completion. It is planned to award further planning and construction work to a general contractor (GU) after the provision of LP 3 and 4 including leader details by planners and specialist planners. The project is bim-based(Model -based project coordination) processed. The AG supports the AG from the start of planning by setting up a digital room book. The AN creates the functional service description (FLB) in parallel of the LP 3, supervises the planned GU assignment and supports the AN in quality monitoringThe construction of the GU.
