Description:
The city of Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock intends to set up an extension new building for the high school in order to be able to meet the spatial needs of the changeover to G9. This requires areas for nine classrooms; According to a feasibility study carried out, aGruttogrund area of approx. 1,090 sqm required. The client will provide the feasibility study to all bidders. A gradual order is carried out: the power phases 1 to 3 of the performance -based object planning buildings and interiors, technical equipment, structural engineering,Building physics and fire protection are directly commissioned with the conclusion of the contract. The further performance phases 4 to 9 (or 4 to 6 for structural engineering) is optionally accessed. The contractor is not entitled to access the optional service phases 4 to 9 (or 4 to 7).
