Description:
The BWI is considering awarding a framework contract for the software for the digitization of paper documents, which is BSI TR 03138 (Resiscan) compliant, plus the associated maintenance services including support and care.
Furthermore, a framework contract for the procurement of scanners in various areas is to be drawn up Product classes including on-site support, maintenance services, training, consumables and wear parts can be completed. The procedure will be awarded through an open procedure with 2 lots. The contract is concluded with a maximum term of 4 years.
This consists of 2 lots:
• Lot 1: 1486-AS-E-Scan Software TR RESISCAN (Lot 1)
• Lot 2: 1849-AS-E-Scan high-performance scanner (Lot 2)
The order in Los 2 has already been advertised in a separate procurement process. The subject of this procedure is lot 1.
For those under this framework agreement to For the contractual services provided, an estimated total contract value of 15,133,281.76 euros and an upper limit of 22,699,922.64 euros are determined within the maximum total contract term of four years.
