Description: For creating a technology park for the Technical University of Rosenheim with a new laboratory and workshop building (X-Bau) and a student center with cafeteria and the center for digital learning, comprehensive project control tasks are to be provided.
The buildings are planned by a general planner (by the end of LPH 2) and supervised and will be built by a total contractor during the further course. The buildings should be certified in the gold standard after the BNB (Evaluation System Sustainability Convention).
