Description:
BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering entering into a framework agreement for the software licenses and software maintenance for the Apollo product (Lot 1) as well as release management and further development of the Apollo product (Lot 2) by means of the negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 3 VgV to be completedlet. The licenses that have already been purchased and used must continue to be maintained. For lot 1 in particular, these are the tools in use: 1 APOLLO Base - P&L planning and reporting, 1 APOLLO Balance Control - balance sheet and cash flow, 1 APOLLO Cost Center Control - cost center planning, 1 APOLLO Invest Control - investment planning, 1 APOLLO HR Control - personnel planning, 500 APOLLO Users, 1 QUBEdocs.
The maintenance for IBM Planning Analytics is carried out together with APOLLO. The contract has a basic term of 2 years and two extension options12 months each.
Lot 1: Software Apollo
Lot 1 includes software maintenance for the licenses in use (minimum purchase quantity) as well as new software licenses to be purchased with the associated software maintenance.
The following license types are already in use:
• 1 * APOLLO Base - P&L planning and reporting
• 1* APOLLO Balance Control - balance sheet and cash flow
• 1* APOLLO Cost Center Control - cost center planning
