BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering signing a framework agreement for the procurement of paper (Lot 1) and envelopes (Lot 2) per lot to an economic operator by way of an open procedure in accordance with Section 14 (2) VgV with a Estimated order value of up to EUR 978,000.00 (net) (upper sizenze 1,467,000.00 EUR net) to be awarded. The framework contract is concluded with a maximum term of 4 years (1 year basic term, with 3 extension options of 1 year each).duction and dispatch in relation to personnel management, payroll accounting and military monitoring as well as advertising for the voluntary service of the Bundeswehr. In order to fulfill these tasks, all central print jobs with a monthly order volume of up to 2 million are printed on 5 high-performance printersmillion sheets printed. In the post-processing/dispatch area, the printouts are put in envelopes on enveloping systems and delivered. Paper, envelopes and cardboard of different categories for the printing machines used at the BWI are to be procured with the present tender. BAmong other things, single sheets and rolls of paper are required (Lot 1). Furthermore, different envelopes (with and without imprint) and corrugated cardboard folding bottom boxes (Lot 2) are to be procured.
