- The development measure for the Technical University of Nuremberg guarantees the later,
complete infrastructural and supply -technology functionality of the founding buildings. It also deals with all the authorization law. In the run -up to the actual development measure, the contaminated site examination is treated as part of a separate measure. Before the start of the actual development of the construction fields, measures to nature and species protection as well as the building clearance including the tree felling and the freedom of the vegetation areas must be carried out. To clear, the removal of fighter and contaminated sites/waste in the building ground with subsequent
production of a handover plan for the respective construction fields of the individual building construction or open space construction sites is carried out. At the same time, the construction site facility is manufacturedand the area of the area including earth jams. The individual construction fields are then handed over to the respective trades. The construction fields are delimited according to buildings as well as traffic and outdoor facilities. During the further construction phases, the respective structures are built and the traffic and outdoor facilities are produced.
