Roofing work The five -storey building complex built around 1963 consists of two assembled apartment buildings of different owners. Construction of the shell: masonry construction in single shape. Ceilings made of reinforced concrete roof: steep roof over dry floor with pan covering steep roofs: The roof covering shows damage in many places, the firstein coverage is also damaged. The roof windows are replaced. The chimney heads are damaged in some places. Furthermore, individual chimneys are no longer used. Hence these chimneys broken off. A complete demolition and a new covering of the entire roof area should be carried out with new bricks.
