Description:
Bayerische Rundfunk built a new energy center Haus 10 (FM10 - ESV) as part of the Freimann (Stefm) location development in 2017. This building was planned as an extension to the existing energy center. The construction area is located on a section of the company site of theFloor number 589/19 of the Freimann.
Due to structural events, the main building body was built as a solitaire with a distance of approx. 2.60 m next to the existing building body and decided to build the "transition structure" at a later date.
The transition body has oneLength of 8.42 m and a width of 2.40 m and includes a connection between the two adjacent buildings, a plaster and storage room, as well as a new development to the outside.92.35 m3
Use: Transitional construction between the newly built medium-voltage supply and the adjacent old building
