BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering the following framework agreement with a contractual partner for the maintenance and repair services of a Micorplex high-performance continuous printer Microplex F140 in the amount of an estimated 159,261.49 euros net (upper limit, i.e. up to 238,892.23 euros (netto) - see Annex 1 to the EVV "Contract value estimate) to be awarded as part of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 3 VgV. The framework contract will have a maximum term of 4 years (2 years basic term, with a two-time extension option 1 year each) completedssen.
