Description:
The BWI (hereinafter referred to as "BWI"), a framework contract for the temporary transfer of rental licenses (user-based or device-based) including software care and support services plus the contractual implementation performance of a new warehouse management system based on the description of the service as well as the specification to be created and delivery of hardware components in the amount of 1,891,171.25 euros (upper limit: 2,836,756.88 euros) by means of a negotiation procedure with participation competition in accordance with Section 14 (3) VGV. The framework contract is with a maximum Duration of 4 years completed. Optional contract terms are not provided. The scope of services (equipment of a central warehouse and 30 other storage locations with hardware and software for typical tasks such as goods receipt, goods output and complaint processing; Inventory) is required exclusively for the own company of BWI GmbH.
1746-DE camp management
For the contractual services to be provided under the framework contract an estimated order value of EUR 1,891,25 (net) is determined within the maximum overall contract term of four (4) years. For The case that the future requirements change is entitled to call up to 1.5 times the aforementioned estimated order value (hereinafter also called "upper limit"). This results in an upper limit of EUR 2,836,756.88 (net).
