- Cleaning performance in the new town hall in Hanover will be advertised. Address: Place of Human Rights 1, 30159 Hannover. Performance 1: Cleaning the public areas (toilets, traffic areas) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays with a fixed number of hours. Performance 2: maintenance cleaning as required At events, mainly in the evening and night hours, also on weekends and on public holidays. The duration of the contract: 01.11.2025 to October 31, 2027 plus two optional extensions by one year to a few at the latest on October 31, 2029. The scope of cleaning is: Performance 1: May to October: 5 hours a day performance 1: November to April: 3 hours per day performance 2 Framework agreement at events: variable number of hours as required and depending on the scope of cleaning. The contractor provides material. Learn facing is to a limited extent available.
