- The BWI (hereinafter referred to as "BWI"), a framework contract for a mobile equipment of the training system D -LBO Basic including packaging material and power supply as well as the sale and delivery of hardware of up to € 907,055 (net upper limit € 1,360,583 (net) - see order evaluationto EVV) to be awarded by means of a negotiation procedure with participation competition according to § 11 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Alt. 2 VSVGV.
