Description:
The BWI is considering a framework contract for the software for digitization of paper documents, which BSI TR 03138 (Resiscan) is compliant, plus the associated maintenance services including support and care. Furthermore, a framework day to procure scanners in various product classes shouldIncluding on-site support, maintenance services, training, consumables and wearing parts are completed. The procedure is awarded by way of an open procedure with 2 loose. The contract is concluded with a maximum term of 4 years.
The allocation is in 2Looks divided and contains the following power objects:
Los1: 1486-As-e scan software Tr resiscan (lot 1)
Los 2: 1849-As-E-scan high-performance scanner (lot 2)
For time reasons, the lot 2, which is the delivery of high-performance scanners in different product classes including on siteSupport, maintenance services, training, consumables and wearing parts are preferred in the implementation under the number of "1849-AS-E-scan high-performance scanners (Los 2)".
Los 1 will later be under the number number "1486-As-e-scan software (lot 1)advertised.
