BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering entering into a framework agreement for temporary access to the software products of the manufacturer Chainguard (Custom as-sembly, Custom build, FIPS) including maintenance and support services as well as software-related contractual services (in the amount of up to 9,921,566.00 euros (net) (upper limit: 14,882,349.00 euros see EVV Appendix 2 contract value estimate) by open procedure in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 2 VgV. The contract has a fixed term of three years and a one-time extension option of 12 months The maximum term of the contract is four years.
1860-NA licensing and maintenance for SW Chainguard
For the contractual services to be provided under this framework agreement, an estimated order value of EUR 9,922,000.00 net within the maximum overall contract term of three years Contract term plus one-time extension option for one year is determined. In the event that the future requirements for the strategic orientation of the client and/or end customer change, the client is entitled to request calls with a volume of 50% up to 1.5 times the the aforementioned estimated order value (hereinafter also referred to as the "upper limit"). This results in an upper limit of 14,883,000.00 euros net.
