Description:
The two-story daycare center at Buchnerstrasse 2 in Hanover will be renovated and expanded in terms of energy efficiency between 2024 and 2026. The services include preparation, priming, closing slots and holes, installing corner protection rails (approx. 145 m), movement joint profiles, end rails (20 m) as well the execution of interior wall plastering made of lime-cement plaster on gas concrete floorboards, masonry and reinforced concrete surfaces. The areas to be plastered are approx. 850 m2. The work must be carried out on floors up to 3.30 m high. The construction site equipment (for the work described in the LV) as well as the Protection of windows and doors are also part of the job. Cleaning work
