New construction of a 4-group daycare center as a replacement building for the Stpius daycare center, which was destroyed in the 2021 Ahr flood.

The daycare center "St. Pius" in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is said to Replacement construction for the old daycare center St. Pius (formerly 3 groups) are built as the main building for the IMQ day care center. The building to be realized consists of two Shot with approx. 1,520 m2 gross floor area. The garbage room will be in front of the personnel entrance.
