Description:
New construction of a 4-group daycare center as a replacement building for the Kita Stpiius,
which was destroyed in the 2021 Ahr flood.
-2-storey building in solid construction with ETICS
-Bauchbahrtag approx. 3,220 m2.
-Netto space area of around 1,330 m2.
-Kita places in new building space for 75-95 children

The following procurement is required as part of the Los 17 heating / sanitary:
The complete reinstallation consisting of supply and disposal lines as well as consumers of the heating and sanitary facilities is advertised. The heat generation takes place via the district heating of the Ahr Valley works. The secondary part of the transfer station is part of the tender. From the transfer station, the heat distribution network is mainly laid in the area of the slope ceiling. The heat is handed over by surface heating. Furthermore is to supply the ventilation system with thermal energy. The hot water preparation takes place centrally via a fresh water station. The sanitary facilities are also completely rebuilt. The drinking water installation of the cold and hot water is carried out in the area of the slope or in the pre -wall installation.
