New construction of an 8-group daycare center as a replacement building of the Kita Blandine-Merten-Haus,

-Bauchsbasse approx. 4,465 m2.
-Netto space area of around 1,925 m2.
-Kita places space for 25 U3 children and 150 Ue3 children.
-Highwater -adapted construction in the flood area
-Wehme and PV
-Center ventilation system
The following procurement is required as part of the LOC 21 - tile work:
-200 m2 wall tiles 30/60 cm
-190 m2 floor tiles 30/60 cm
-50 m2 MoASIK tiles 5/5 cm
-Crystal mirror
Kitchen tiles, Floor and wall including sealing work

which was destroyed in the 2021 Ahr flood.
-2-storey building in Solid construction with ETICS, e.g. T. wooden facade
-Bauchsbasse approx. 4,465 m2.
-Netto space area of around 1,925 m2.
-Kita places space for 25 U3 children and 150 Ue3 children.

As part of the Los 21 - tile work the following procurement is required:
