- The planned area under consideration, with a size of around 41,000 m2, is currently characterized by, among other things, a large asphalted area, two sports fields, a playground and a training area for the volunteer fire department. The water runs piped under the area. The principle of the sponge city In the Wehrda sub-project, water-compatible and climate-adapted land use in urban areas is to be carried out. The runoff water should be specifically retained before it reaches the settlement areas. The area used as a sports and leisure area is intended to serve as a retention area To reduce flooding caused by heavy rain (especially from external areas) in Wehrda. The following measures are being considered, among others: renaturation of the "Teufelsgraben" water body over a length of approx. 160m by opening up the southern area of the area; Creation of an underground retention room in the area of the grass sports field; Creation of several crossbars or dams to the west and north of the populated area; Creation of potential retention areas by building small dams in the area of the multi-generation area; Increasing the quality of stay on the Multi-generational place. --- Note on BT-63 secondary offers: Secondary offers are only permitted in conjunction with main offers. Additional offers are only permitted as a condition for a joint commissioning of both lots. --- Note on the estimated term: We are looking for a company that can do so immediately processing can begin after the order has been placed.
