2 compressed air systems (compressors, at least 90 kW, water -cooled, two -level, oil -free compacting, speed -regulated) including exchange, installation and disposal of the old devices

The project includes the exchange the existing compressed air system through a new, more efficient system.
The existing system comprises two identical compressed air compressors that are already 25 years old, as well as downstream dryers, a filter system, a compressed air memory and heat recovery from the compressors.
Since the Compressed air supply must be maintained at any time, the system must be implemented gradually.
First one of the two compressed air compressors including the dryer and filter systems is exchanged.
After successfully commissioning the new compressor, the second is replaced Compressors in the same way.
