The German Adult Education Association is the umbrella organization of the regional associations of adult education centers and represents the interests of over 830 adult education centers at the federal level. In recent years, the association has developed a digitalization strategy that includes various measures to support of adult education centers in the digital space. At the center of these efforts, the vhs.cloud was developed as a learning and working platform. It allows institutions to offer digitally supported course formats in contemporary scenarios. In addition, it offers a large Network area in which employees and course instructors can exchange experiences and cooperate. Currently, 90% of adult education centers in Germany are part of the vhs.cloud, while the total number of registered users is around 2 million. To work in our team We are now filling the following positions: 2 working students vhs.cloud (m/f/d) (EG 6 TVoeD Bund, each up to 19.5 hours/week) Your tasks: Support in editorial work for vhs.cloud Support in the conception and creation of information, advertising and support materials Research, Editing and integrating graphics for social media and websites Creating and integrating texts and media into the CMS of the vhs.cloud and www.volkshochschule.de Central administration of the vhs.cloud Support of the ticket system Assistance and community support for support requests Support the team in the further development of the platform Support in training and event organization Your profile: Student enrolled at a university in Germany Successful completion of at least the first four semesters Ability to systematically and careful work, high technical affinity and interest in working with texts, images and videos, strong written and spoken communication skills desirable: experience in Graf...
