Description:
The subject of this tender is the construction work for the delivery and assembly of:
PCA system (pre-conditioned air system)
In particular the following service areas:
On positions 103 to 107, aircraft categories Code C and Code E are to be supplied.
On the Position 108 is the fluaircraft category Code F according to ICAO.
The task of the PCA system is to supply the aircraft with fresh air at the position before and during ground handling with cooled outside air during the warm season and with preheated outside air during the cold season.
The requirementsGen and conditions for the PCA system result on the one hand from the Airplane - Characteristics of the aircraft manufacturers and on the other hand from generally defined limit values with regard to overpressure, temperature and mass flow at the air intake in the aircraft.
Position 103 to 107
On positions 103to 107, 2 PCA systems are to be installed per position, one category E system and one category C system.
For the supply unit PCA system, a hose dispenser is installed below tunnel segments C FGB F 1 and F 2.
If an aircraft of type code E is served, will plant categorye E connected to the plane. If an aircraft of type code C is to be supplied, the PCA system of the connected FGB is used.
Position 108
