Description:
The client Flughafen Muenchen GmbH (FMG) intends to build an extension to Terminal 1 on the western apron at Munich Airport.
The subject of the award procedure is the construction of an access control system (ZKS) for the planned area of the apron, west of Terminal 1 extensionung Terminal 1 at Munich Airport.
The service to be provided includes the construction of an access control system with ID card readers and control centers, taking into account the existing structures. The access control system is to be integrated into the existing management systems at Munich Airport.
Widthre services are, the development of interfaces to external trades, operation and operation of the system, M&W planning, commissioning, functional and composite tests on door systems and the documentation.
All work is carried out in the security area of the airport. This results in special requirementsments to the personnel to be deployed and the material transport. For this purpose, the client has set up a separate access road to the construction site facility area / construction site separated from the apron with a control point and operates this during the construction work.
The current calculation risks dIf necessary, the bidder will be taken into account by a proposal from the client to mitigate price and deadline risks. Details are set out in the invitation to tender.
