Description:
The property is part of a new development area, the Lab Campus on Airsite West at Munich Airport. The new building with 6 upper floors is 55m long and 39m wide. It is essentially a reinforced concrete construction with flat ceilings, fi in some areasnd steel composite or steel constructions. The building does not have a basement. The work will take place in the publicly accessible area of the airportng of scheduling delivery risks into account. Details can be found in the invitation to submit an offer.
The client reserves the right to discontinue the present award procedure in accordance with § 57 Sekt-VO. A setting will take place in particular if the present award proceduren no economic result achieved. Only in this case of discontinuation due to inefficiency does every bidder who has submitted a bid that does not have to or cannot be excluded for formal reasons receive a for their participation in the award procedure until it is discontinuede flat-rate processing fee of EUR 1,000.00 (net), payable against invoicing with a separate VAT ID.
