Description:
The property is part of a new development area, the Lab Campus on Airsite West of Munich Airport.
South of the existing Hotel Accor in the area of the S-Bahn station Visitor Park, a new budget hotel with approx. 358 rooms is to be built. The 7-storey new building hat a width of approx. 39 m and a length of approx. 55 m. This is essentially a reinforced concrete construction with flat ceilings, with steel composite or steel constructions being used in some areas. The building does not have a basement. The work takes place in the publicly accessiblearea of the airport.
The subject of the present award procedure is:
- Creation of drywall and wall coverings (approx. 9,000 m2) and suspended ceilings (approx. 4,000 m2).
- Installation of wooden frames and interior doors (approx. 350 pieces).
- Installation of toilet partitions and shower glazing (approx. 3rd50 pieces).
- Delivery and installation of velor covering (approx. 5,000 m2)
- Painting work (approx. 9,000 m2),
- Delivery and installation of wall tiles (approx. 3,500 m2) and floor tiles (approx. 1,000 m2),
- Supply and installation of epoxy based coatings (approx. 1,875 m2)
- Manufacture and erection of a steel substructureroof (6,150 kg)
- Delivery and installation of banisters, ladders, catwalks, gratings, etc.
