Description:
The property is part of a new development area, the Lab Campus on Airsite West of Munich Airport.
South of the existing Hotel Accor in the area of the S-Bahn station Visitor Park, a new budget hotel with approx. 358 rooms is to be built. The 7-storey new building hat a width of approx. 39 m and a length of approx. 55 m. This is essentially a reinforced concrete construction with flat ceilings, with steel composite or steel constructions being used in some areas. The building does not have a basement. The work takes place in the publicly accessiblehen area of the airport.
The subject of the present award procedure is:
Carpentry work in rooms/carpentry work The service includes the manufacture, delivery and assembly of the hotel room furniture for 1 model room and 357 hotel rooms, divided into 227 standard rooms, 121 twin rooms andd 10 barrier-free rooms.
The current calculation risks of the bidders are taken into account by a proposal from the client for price escalation and defusing of deadline delivery risks. Details result from the invitation to submit an offer.
The client bereserves the right to discontinue the present award procedure in accordance with § 57 Sekt-VO.
