Description:
The subject of the tender is the renewal of the following five relay interlockings of the type SpDrS-U 60 from Siemens: Muelheim main station, workshop Wickenburgstrasse in Essen, Essen main station, station Messe/Gruga in Essen and station Altenessen - each with several connection areashen. The relay interlockings are to be replaced by electronic interlockings (ESTW).
This does not mean that these are renewed 1:1 in the signaling and in the interlocking boundaries.
Except for point drives and their transmission parts, the outdoor system is completely renewed.
The train control system"Magnetic driving block" system is retained, the track magnets required in the new system are part of the delivery.
Except for a setting area of the old ESTW, new premises are being created for the other ESTWs (not the subject of this tender).
The approval and acceptance of the train safetyThe technical rule "Approval and acceptance of signaling and safety systems according to BOStrab" (TR SIG ZA) of the Association of German Transport Companies (VDV) and §§ 60, 62 BOStrab.
The adjustment projects and assemblies as well as the approval and testing ( PT1 and PT2) ofModifications to the relay interlockings are part of the order. The Ruhrbahn will make the planning documents for the systems in operation available upon request after the request to submit an indicative offer.
